The message "Shake well before use" is written on the medicinesas an instruction for us. Medicines have so many composition. If we leave themedicine in rest for sometime then it may happen that some of its components may get settled in the bottom.

the only purpose is that , you know that medicines are made by many different types of files of vitamins. so they mix well with each other and the denser will not set at the bottom and thinner will not float.
Therefore , government provide a advice caption of this.
