When small pox attacks antibodies are formed against the particular virus antigen thus preventing any other attacks from the same species

It has also been notice that small pox can happen twice or more because the viruses have become resistance against the human body antibodies

Explanation:

Having smallpox once in life means preventing subsequent attacks because when we have prevented small pox by our Immune system for the first time, a type of cells called Memory cells which remembers that how did the our Immune system prevented it. So, when again small pox attacks us, the Memory cells tells the Immune system that how to prevent it by remembering how it had done the same in first.
