Having which trait will enable you to deal with people in a way that does not offend them

These are my personal views:

I think that to deal with people you have to gain their trust. Trustworthiness and sincerity makes you a reliable person. This increases communication and reduces misunderstandings.

It is always better to be straight forward and clear about your thoughts so that people don't go on building unrealistic expectations.

Everyone has different methods of dealing with people and it also depends on the kind of people you are dealing with.

But at the end of the day you should hold on to your own good values, that is most important!.
