let the time taken by 1 woman =y
first condition will be :-
3/x +8/y =1/10

similarly second condition will be :-
11/x +13/y =1/4

on solving
lets assume 1/x =a
and 1/y =b

3a +8b =1/10
11a +13b =1/4

solve it further.......
