HCF × LCM = Product of two numbers
HCF of (a,b) × LCM of (a,b) = a × b
12 × LCM = 1800

therefore LCM of a and B = 1800/12
= 150.

Answer:

LCM of a and b is 150

Step-by-step explanation:

We know,

HCF of 2 numbers \times LCM of same 2 numbers = product of two numbers.

Given that the 2 numbers are a and b

HCF of a and b = 12

Hence, according to the formula

HCF of a and b \times LCM of a and b = product of the two numbers a and b.

12 \times LCM of the numbers = ab

LCM of a and b = \frac{1800}{12} = 150

Therefore, LCM of a and b = 150
