Hcl and HNo3 show acidic characterstics in aqueous solution while alcohol and glucose solution do not justy this sentence

because (Hcl and HNo3) they ionise in water to form hydrogen ions (HPlus) .... but alcohol and glucose being an acid doesn't ionise Hplus ➕ ions ....

HCL and HNO3 show acidic characterstic because on getting diluted they are ionised and release H+ ions that shows the acidic propeties of these elements but glucose and alcohol are neutral because on diluting alcohol and glucose they do not release H+ ions ..
