cp \: of \: 15 \: books = sp \: of \: 18 \: books \\  \\  =  > cp \times 15 = sp \times 18 \\  \\   =  >  \frac{cp}{sp}  =  \frac{18}{15}  =  \frac{6}{5}  \\  \\ sp = 5 \: and \: cp = 6

As we know that when CP is greater than SP then it will be loss

loss = 6 - 5 = 1

Now, loss% :

 \frac{1}{6}  \times 100 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{50}{3}  \\  \\  =  > 16 \frac{2}{3}
