Srinagar is a great place to visit. It has good air connectivity with major cities of India. Apart from the beauty of the Dal Lake in the city you should also enjoy the excursions to Pahalgam, Gulmarg and the best Sonmarg. Gulmarg has a ropeway and it is good if you travel upto the top.
