he is buying materials to fence a new garden. he buys two strands of barbed wire and a post for every 3 meter of fence. each post costs 300 and barbed wire costs 20 per meter. what is the shape of the largest area he can enclosed if he spends money 3000 on fence materials?​

20x3=nu60

but he buys 2 strands for every 3 meters so,

60x2=nu120

so money spent on one side of the shape is:

nu120 + nu 300(post)= nu420(spent on one side)

The money is enclosed at nu 3000 so,

3000÷420= 7.14 sides which is basically 7 sides and 7 sides is an heptagon. hope this helps
