Hey mate here is your answer

I have never said this in my life. Nor will I ever. And yet somehow I’ve survived 53 years without being accused of treason. I’m not aware it’s compulsory in most walks of life.
Having said that, and joking apart, I believe the armed forces (except, oddly, the Royal Navy), MPs, and others in public life, do have to swear some sort of oath to the monarch. More info here Swearing in and the parliamentary oath and here Oaths. The rest of us can ignore the Queen pretty much as we wish, with no fear of persecution or prosecution. In fact, even though justice is administered on behalf of The Crown, giving evidence in court does not involve mentioning the Queen. It needn’t involve mentioning god either, for that matter.
