The correct form would be, ‘he sings song’.

To understand this, we would see the word individually.

he: subject (singular)

sings: verb (plural)

songs: predicate (plural)

Now, the rules of grammar state that you are supposed to use plural form of verb. Therefore, we are using the plural form of sing i.e. sings.

The confusion here is because of the obvious reason that the predicate (songs) is plural. But, you need to remember that the verbs’ form (singular or plural form) is solely decided by the subject.This is known as the subject-verb agreement.
