The correct form would be, ‘he sings song’.

he: subject (singular)
sings: verb (plural)
songs: predicate (plural)
Now, the rules of grammar state that you are supposed to use plural form of verb. Therefore, we are using the plural form of sing i.e. sings.
The confusion here is because of the obvious reason that the predicate (songs) is plural.
