Terrorising the village"

Answer:

The tiger has been caged in the bars where he can't walk freely like he used to do when in forests. He can only walk around the limited space in the cage. The tiger has dreams of being free and show his ferocity to run out into the forest and attack a deer, but his rage is quiet because he can't come out of the cage .
