Answer:
Patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection should be advised to abstain from alcohol use, as it accelerates the onset of cirrhosis and end-stage liver disease........
Answer:
Hepatitis A is a liver disease caused by the virus hepatitis A. You are affected by the virus when you are unvaccinated and end up coming in contact with food or water that is contaminated with feces of an infected person. The disease is closely related to exposure to unsafe water or food, improper sanitation and poor personal hygiene.
Unlike in the case of hepatitis B and C, hepatitis A infection does not lead to chronic liver disease and is rarely fatal. However, it can lead to debilitating symptoms and fulminant hepatitis, which is fatal.
