1)Wake up drinking hot water u can add even honey and lemon.U can go for walk do exercise.
2)At around 7.30 have any drink like horlicks or complain or boost
3)For breakfast around 9am have cornflakes
3)At noon that's at 12pm have some salad
4)For lunch around 1.30pm u may take little amount of rice dal and sabji and any fish or egg.
5)For evening like at 6pm have raita and also some salad
6)At around 8pm have some soup
7)And at 9.30pm have roti and any sabji which is not very rich
