Answer:

Yes, I can justify the statement, 'a healthy environment supports a healthy and happy life'.

Instead of just writing, let me draw it with an example. Flint, Michigan!

According to CNN, (I have not still figured how to add a link with easy addition, so please Google search), in 2014, the Michigan State swiched water supply of Flint Michigan, from Lake Huron to Flint River.

Soon the water in every house started smelling foul and nasty. Tests by EPA and Virginia Tech confirmed of the water loaded with Lead.

Lead poisoning of a human, especially kids can cause heart, kidney, vision, developmental, nervous, cognition, hearing problems and delayed puberty.

Now let us think of the families in Flint. If such problems develop whether for adults or for kids, what would happen? Kids instead of going to school, would be going to hospital to treat chronic diseases. Adults due to the breathing/ heart problems may have to take medical leaves or loss of pay leave to treat the diseases.

Now if kids are developmentally challenged, they are the future citizens, not able to be productive part of the society. A country, society thrives on healthy, happy individuals, family and how they can contribute towards society. So if a whole town or area becomes sick, they are not able to contribute to society, instead society has to take care of them.

All the health problems also lead to emotional problems. Addiction, drinking, suicide can be high as people are under stress not able to provide or take care of their kids. Would that be a healthy/happy life?

We as humans live on this Earth, that supports us giving food, air, and water. Any of them gets contaminated, we the human, who needs all the three gets affected! Period!

So, yes, 'A healthy environment is needed for a healthy and happy life'. Only governments and authorities think otherwise or close their eyes to this fact.

All the very best! Regards,

Answer:

Special attention needs to be paid to physical health as well as mental health as mind has a profound effect on human body, business and the surrounding environment. Today, in the world of competition and competition, more than 90 percent of the disease is psychosomatic. Their yield is mostly due to mental stress, instability and malaise. As a result, there has been a tremendous increase in crime, antisocial functioning, depression and self-harm. To overcome this asymmetrical situation, it is necessary to bring about public awareness about the definition, importance of mental health and the simple and easy way of achieving it in the individual and society. The first is to get the right understanding and information about knowing the mind and making it happy and balanced. Man's mind is made up of four dimensions - resolve, emotion, vision and memory. These four flows of the mind can be positive, negative, ordinary or even meaningless.

This work is done in the world due to Lord Vishnu

When the thoughts of the mind are positive, then emotions and memories come out positive. This keeps the mind calm, stable, balanced and healthy. In fact, a positive mind is a healthy and powerful mind. Conversely, negative or futile thinking is turbulent, intense, unstable, unbalanced and fatal, pushing feelings, attitudes, and memories of the mind toward anticipation, apprehension, fear, weakness, depression, intoxication, bad habits, and self-harm. This negative state is the product of an unhealthy and weak mind. There is a need to make one's mindset, instinct, behavior, character and habits positive, healthy, clean and optimistic, because healthy thinking creates a clean instinct, a healthy attitude, a clean environment and a healthy nature. Basically healthy mind is the basis of healthy body, healthy life, clean and healthy environment. Actually, no external resources or resources are required to make the body healthy.
