Angina pectoris can lead to heart failure as it is a form of a chest pain in a mild form. When oxygen is not reaching to the heart muscles the patient experiences heart pain (usually in front of the chest) and when the blood is not pumped effectively enough to meet the needs the body it will lead to congestive heart failure and/or heart failure.
