First of all heat is a form of energy, and temperature is nothing but a scale to measure how hot or cold the thing is.

Heat is a energy which flows from higher temperature body to a body at lower temperature.

Actually the temperature is not the only thing which tels about the hotnes. The rate at which this heat energy flows from one body to another body tels the hotness of the object.

Suppose there are two chairs in a room at same temperature say 5°C, one is of plastic and other one is of steel. Now if you tuch both the chairs one by one then u will observe that the steel chair seems to be much colder than plastic chair. This is because of the high heat transfer from steel chair to our body as compared to plastic. So it feels colder.

So finally conclusion is that the temperature is a measure to represent the condition of the object (hotnes or coldness), and heat is an energy which flows from one body to another body
