Area of triangle = 1/2 * base*height

Let base of the triangle = x m
Then height = four times to its base = 4x m

Therefore
800 m² = 1/2 * x * 4x
800 m² = 4x²/2
800 = 2x²
x² = 400
x = 20 m

The height of the triangle = 4*x = 80 m

let base be as x metres
then height would be 4x metres
given area 800sq metres
so 1/2×base×height=800
1/2×x×4x=800
1/2×4x^2=800
4x^2=800×2
4x^2=1600
x^2=1600/4
x^2=400
x=20
so base is 20 metres
and height is 80 metres
