according to Heisenberg uncertainty principle you can measured the location and speed of atomic and sub atomic particle at same time the reason is well because of the formula .
and for measuring the speed or the location of sub atomic particle scientist use to measured their radiation and behaviour under magnetic field .
since for substance(like you car for example) is too big it won't react to those micro magnetic field that why there is no reason for Heisenberg uncertainty principle to be applied in general science
