1) calorie is unit of energy.
2)eating a diet high in calories is yummy but it can be detriminal if you are not highly active when you have adequate supplies of insulin your body choose to store excess calories in fat cell the result is weight gain and higher body fat percentage high calorie intake will causes stress on your body....

3)the most effective way to lose weight is to consume fewer calories than you expect it creating a calorie deficit.but if your calories intake dips too low,say lummus,your body could go into starvation mode your body will start to store fat because it thinks it is not going to get anything says lummus....
4)The minimum Calories for Women is 2000 and for men is 2500...
5)the food that contain highest calories are Egg,Banana,Avodaco,peanut...
6)food that contains least calories are Apple,leafy green with a peppery food,Beets,Asparagus,Broccoli,Cabbage....
