constituent assembly was the representative body of the people of India it is so because people of different religion cast states took part in framing the constitution and constituent assembly...nd moreover women had reserved seat in the assembly which was fixed....and wen constitution was framed it was framed on the views of the people which were taken with the help of media(newspaper etc.)
