Hello everyone .
I am the one who is very badly affected by many diseases that include Asthma , Diabetes , Cancer , Insomnia and Depression .
I am having a very horrible timetable that is in the above picture .
Can you suggest me a way that I can be better as I am studying 14 hours , sleeping 2.5 hours and playing 2 hours ?
I sleep less because I hate the test of sleeping pills .
