Aspirin has many properties. Its a blood thinner , used as a pain killer and also for fever etc. lots of people with heart ailments take an aspirin daily to prevent their blood from closing. Thus is usually given with Clopidogrel which is another anti- platelet medication.

In dengue , blood platelets counts go down and in case an aspirin or most other pain killers are prescribed they may cause dangerous levels of fallen platelet counts, creating condition fatal at time. Hence your statement...

Paracetamol is usually preferred over aspirin because get hydrolysed to salicylic acid in the stomach . The salicylic acid thus, reduce my cause ulcer in the stomach walls, from were bleeding may take place . one the other hand Paracetamol do not cause any harm to the stomach walls.
