lf a DNA contain 200 base pair and a stand contain 10% A (adenine) then calculate number of hydrogen bond ?

Answer:

the no. of H- bond is 220..

as 20 adenine 20 thymine = 20×3= 60

80 guanine 80 cytosine = 80×2 = 160

so that...60+160 = 220 h- bonds..
