Let O(0,0) be the oigin and P(10,0) ,Q(0, 100).

OP2 = (10 - 0)2 + ( 0 - 0)2 = 100

OQ2 = (0 - 0)2 + ( 100 - 0)2 = 10000.

OP2 + OQ2 = 100 + 10000 = 10100.---------(1)

PQ2 = (10 - 0)2 + ( 0 - 100)2 = 10100.---------(2)

from (1) and (2) we get

OP2 + OQ2 = PQ2

In a ΔOPQ,

OP2 + OQ2 = PQ2

∴∠POQ = 90°

Thus,the angle subtended the line segment PQ at the origin is 90°.

Answer:

90 degrees, as because (0,100) lies in the y-axis whereas (10, 0) in the x-axis.
