now,

x=27a+1/4

9a-2=27a+1/4

36a-8=27a+1

9a=9

a=1

Now,

y=m1*y2+m2*y1/m1+m2

-b=3*5+1*-3/4

-b=15-3/4

-4b=12

b=-3

therefore

the value of a is1

value of b is -3
