(A) The cell is placed in a isotonic solution and due to same concentration of water inside and outside cell, so there is no change in the structure of cell.

(B) The cell is placed in hypertonic solution, so diffusion occurs and the water goes out of cell from the vacuole through semi-permeable membrane  due to which, the cell membrane pulls out of cell wall.

(C) The cell is placed in hypotonic solution, so osmosis occurs and the waters come inside cell in vacuole through semi-permeable membrane due to which, the cell swells up.
