first ,find that it is square or not.if it it not square so ,

now the square of 107 is = 11449 ,it is less than it.

now find square of 108= 11664,it is greater than it.

so subtract from 11650.
11664-11650= 14 .

so 14 is a smallest number to be add to 11650 to make its perfect square.

Hi there!
Here's the answer:

•°•°•°•°•°•<><><<><>><><>°•°•°•°•°

11650 + ?(say x) = [perfect square]

=> 11650 is not a perfect square

• First Square root of this non perfect square has to be found

Take √11650 = 107.9

• Round to Nearest No. to get the perfect square
Number closer to 107.9 = 108

108² = 11664

11664 is the perfect square

• Subtracting the given No. from this perfect square gives the required least No

•°• Required Least No. = 11664 - 11650 = 14
