A respiration is the biochemical process in which the cell ofan organism obtain energy by combining oxygen and glucose , resulting in the releasing of carbon dioxide , water etc.

In other words Respiration is movement of oxygen from the outsife amd tramsport of carbon dioxide in the opposite direction..
