  1. The author was very excited while he was flying his aeroplane back to England because he wanted to spend his holiday with his family at home.
  2. When the writer entered the clouds, it became impossible to see outside the aeroplane. The aeroplane jumped and twisted in the air and all the instruments like compass etc stopped working due to the weather conditions.
  3. The narrator followed the pilot of another aeroplane like an obedient child as the narrator flew the aeroplane past by the black stormy cloud and as a result the radio in the plane was broken, had no compass and he himself did not know where he was. Then only, unforeseen he saw an black aeroplane which had no lights on its wings. The narrator saw the pilot's face and the pilot in the black aeroplane waved to the narrator to follow . The pilot in the black aeroplane turned slowly to the north, in front of the narrator's Dakota as it was easier for the narrator to follow the black aeroplane.
  4. The writer wanted to meet the pilot of another black aeroplane to thank him as he had saved the life of the writer by helping him come out from in the storm.

  1. The Black Aeroplane' is definitely a mystery story. When the pilot is flying towards his home in Dakota, suddenly he is surrounded by a storm. As his plane moved inside the dark clouds, his compass stopped working and he was not able to see anything. Even his radio was not working and he was not able to contact ground control. Then suddenly, he saw another plane flying next to him and the pilot gesturing to him to follow. The pilot gladly followed and soon was guided to safety. But as mysteriously as it had arrived, the plane disappeared. The pilot was not able to locate it and it remained a mystery.

Hope this will help you.
