These both are alkaline compounds, which reduce / neutralize the acids.

Differences :-

1. Washing Soda

➡️ It is a caustic substance with pH 11 .

➡️ It is used as a laundry additive and cleanser.

➡️ It is never used in food.

2. Baking Soda

➡️ It has pH = 8

➡️ It is used for leavening agent in cooking .
