hello,guys can you give me some tips tricks to reduce the screentime and stop getting addicted to the phone, cuz am facing lots of problems with it and am not even able to reduce or either stop watching YouTube (kpop n stuffs) plzz any tips and tricks...........​

Uninstall social media ....or disable ur acc for few days

dont chat with anyone and interfere...

usubscribe the subscribed channel ....
