FIRST RESISTORS ARE CONNECTED IN PARALLEL SO,

1/R' = 1/6 + 1/3

1/R' = 1/2

R' = 2 Ω

NOW FOUR SUCH CONNECTIONS ARE CONNECTED IN SERIES SO ,

R" = R' + R' + R' + R'

R" = 4R'

R" = 4 × 2

R" = 8 Ω
