physical capital :- it defines as the

input factor which are owned by the company (that is for making company we need finance ,workers ,system etc) to run more efficiently .

physical capital can be explained in

many way

If we take an example of farmer he grow crops in field to grow crop he must cultivate land so he need tractor as an input source to cultivate land so here tractor is psycial capital .

it is like investment but we can't say it investment .suppose when we want to open share account we need broker .Broker is an input factor here.
