◀THE TYPES OF CHANGES THAT WE FACE , WHEN we are in the age of adolescence are as follows:
ADOLESCENCE: Adolescence is the time for growth spurts and and pubertic changes..

⏺ during this period there is growth in several inches of body and in the growth of sex organs
⏺ there is formation of sexual hormones , which are responsible for the pubertic changes
⏺ during this period , a teenager faces the changes in mood, that is he/ she found to be talking to themselves.
⏺ There is the appearance of hairs in pubertic regions, in both gender
⏺There is the appearance of mustache in case of male
⏺There is the growth of mammary gland in case of female.
⏺ During the period , face becomes oily and sweaty, due to growth in sweat glands..
