or,

2x+3y = 48.....(1)

and,

3x/4 -y/4 = 7

or,

3x-y = 28....(2)

multiple by 3 and 2 in (1) and (2)

6x+9y = 144....(3)

6x-2y = 56...(4)

subtract its

we get,

11y = 88

y = 88/11

y = 8

by (2),

3x -8=28

=>3x = 28+8

=>3x = 36

=>x = 36/3

=>x = 12

Value of X = 12,

Y = 8
