according to the condition
here
charges are Q/2 and the distance is 2R
therefore applying coloumbs law we get

F = K (Q/2) (Q/2) / (2R)^2

F = K (Q^2/4 ) / 4R^2

THERE FORE the force will be
F = K Q^2 / 16 R^2
that is F/16
