$\rm\bold{Step\:2:}$ Draw rays AQ and BP parallel to each other and on opposite sides of AB

$\rm\bold{Step\:3:}$ Mark 5+8 = 13 points on AQ and 13 points on BP at equal distances,namely $\sf A_{1}\: A_{2}. . . . A_{13} \ on \ AQ \ and \ B_{1}\:B_{2} . . . . B_{13} \ on \ BP$

$\rm\bold{Step\:4:}$ Join $A_{13}$ to B and $B_{13}$ to A

$\rm\bold{Step\:5:}$ Join $A_{5}$ to $B_{8}$
