At constant pressure

V ∝ T

T1 = -23°C = -23 + 273 = 250 K

T2 = 127 °C = 127 °C + 273 = 400 K

V2 / V1 = T2 / T1

(V2 / V1) - 1 = (T2 / T1) - 1

ΔV / V1 = ΔT / T1

ΔV = V1 × ΔT / T1

ΔV = V1 × (400 - 250) / 250

ΔV = 0.6 V1

Percentage increase in volume = 0.6 × 100 =60%
