Write a journal entry on sold goods and received cheque.......

the entry will be....

bank a/c dr

to sales a/c

(being sales made and cheque received)

explanation: sales a/c is real a/c

bank a/c is personal account

so,when sales are made then goods will go out so it is credited

and when cheque is received bank becomes the receiver so it is debited...
