let the required ratios be 4x and 7x
now,
4x+7x=9
11x=9
x=9/11
now put it into 4x and 7x
for 4x,
4*9/11
36/11
now for 7x,
7*9/11
63/11
therefore 36/11 and 63/11 is your required value.
