(1)Nerve cells constitute the nervous system.So the nerve cells are present all over the body.
(2) Electrical impulses reach the cyton of the nerve cell through the dendrites.Next,they reach the axon.A gap between the two nerve cells where exchange of electrical impulses take place is called synapse.So the electrical impulse from the axon reaches synapse and then to the dendrite of the next neuron.The process repeats.
