Heya There ❣️

A gland is an aggregation of cells which releases biochemical compounds for some specific function.

The secretion of endocrine gland is considered hormones because they do a function in the body like metabolism, growth etc.

Exocrine glands release their secretion outside the body like sweat from sweat glands.

Hope it helps..❣️

Rathincotnis: Some glands act as both endocrine as well as exocrine called as mixed glands example pancreas

HEY DEAR AKASH______❤️❤️❤️❤️
HERE IS YOUR ANSWER:-
=>Glands are important organs located throughout the body. They produce and release substances that perform certain functions.
Glands are of two types present in our body:-
1.Endocrine glands
2.Exocrine glands

=>Yes,we can say that hormones are only secreted in our body by endocrine glands not by exocrine glands. As endocrine glands are present inside of our body where they secrete hormones easily and hormones can easily perform their functions by the appropriate conditions present inside body like body temperature, easily energy transmission by organs or cells, etc.
But,exocrine glands cannot secrete hormones as they are present outside the body and produce or secrets only enzymes.

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU...
