Required number must be divisible by LCM of 16,24,36 and 54.

Prime factorization of 16 = 2 * 2 * 2 * 2

Prime factorization of 24 = 2 * 2 * 2 * 3

Prime factorization of 36 = 2 * 2 * 3 * 3

Prime factorization of 54 = 2 * 3 * 3 * 3

So, LCM(16,24,36,54) = 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 * 3 * 3 * 3

                                    = 432

As 10000 is not divisible by 432.

So the required number has to be greater than 10000.

On dividing 10000 by 432, we get remainder = 64

∴ Required number = 10000 + (432 - 64)

                                 = 10000 + 368

                                 = 10368

Least number of 4 digits = 1000.

LCM(17,13) = 221.

On dividing 1000 by 221, we get remainder as 116.

So number divisible by 17 and 13 = 1000 + (221 - 116)

                                                       = 1105

Since number leaves the remainder 7.

Therefore number = 1105 + 7

                               = 1112
