Subject - Complaint regarding inability of Nagar Nigam to curb the menance of stray dogs.

Respected Sir,

This letter is to bring to your notice the menace of stray dogs plaguing my locality. The street dogs aren't taken care of properly and are always hungry. Also,they keep wallowing in mud and muggy water. Naturally they are a source of many disease.

Only last week some stray dogs moulded a 3 year old baby to death. During last 3 months some 15 people have been bitten by the dogs. All these people were hospitalised.

I request you to publish my letter in your newspaper So that the Muzaffarpur Nagar Nigam takes note of it and does the need full.
