how can be angle PQR is equal to 120° . Because according to your question angle PQR is made by tangent but a tangent to a circle is perpendicular to the radius at the point of contact . So angle PQR is 90° and may be angle QOR IS 120° . If this is given in the question then OPQ  is 30°
