base are same sign of multiplication so power will add
 {3}^{2  + ( - 5) + 12 }  \\  {3}^{9}

base are same sign of multiplication so power will add
( - 5) {}^{4 + 3 + 2}  \\ ( - 5) {}^{9}

( \frac{3}{5} ) {}^{2 - 3 + 4}  \\ ( \frac{3}{5} )  {}^{1}
