Question -
how will you separate the components of a mixture of iron fillings, Ammonium Chloride and sand.
Answer :
Iron feelings are attracted by the magnet so they are separated by a magnetic separation. A magnet is moved over the mixture and iron fillings cling to the magnet in this way they are removed.
Then ammonium chloride sublimes on heating and hence it is separated by sublimation. When the mixture containing Ammonium Chloride and sand is heated ammonium chloride sublimes of and send is left Behind.

Hey mate!
how will you separate the components of a mixture of iron fillings, Ammonium Chloride and sand? *
Firstly, iron fillings are solid (you can easily obtained it from magnets). So put a magnet in your hand and hold it near solution, you can get iron fillings easily.
Now left ; ammonium chloride and sand :
this is a sublimate(NH4 Cl)
you can get ammonium chloride by sublimation (heating) and sand left.
hope it helps you!
