In easy language/words we can say it .
There is not a single work which can be done without exchange of money. It doesn't not matter how small the work is; but if you don't gave money to complete your that work then it cannot be completed. It is spreading like roots of trees; which were growing and growing only. No one know where it stop. It has been spread in the politics, business, industries etc. It is increasing day by day instead of decreasing.
To stop the corruption from spreading more we have to take steps. It cannot be controlled by a single person for this we all have to came together to stop it from increasing or speeding. For this we have to choose honest leaders who were against the corruption not included in corruption.
Our very small steps can help us in removing the corruption.

Present India's situation made me think and it has to be declared with the great sadness that Newton has failed in his third law.
“to every action, there is always an equal and opposite reaction”
While in the respect of corruption in India because we can not attain any proper reaction against corruption in India till now.
Well corrupted politicians and ministers never punished here, most of them after a lot of complaints of their corruption remains same as before in their professions, no equal opposite reaction takes place here.
Hi Folks!
Thanks for this Interesting Question.
Let's start with the origin [^-^]

Corruption is everywhere corruption is the Lifeline of political parties. Political parties cannot sustain without corruption. The very idea for scoundrels to rush into political parties is the great opportunity they offer for earning money enormous amounts of money. No politicians would be poor in any nation. A poor man who joined politics would be terminate easily as a billionaire.
As long as political parties are alive, Corruption will be very much alive!

A3. Steps should be taken by the Government :
=> Election system should be Very Strict.

If you have to remove corruption you have to practice from the top level, Remember, you cannot influence from down to top to get rid of corruption simply from top to bottom.
Top brass should be change with the honest society of people then the entire system will become honest and incorrupt because only the top people can keep a score on corruption in every sector and if they are corrupted why and how they can checkover and recover India from corruption?
