If the above question was asked in JEE ADVANCED, then it may give you multiple options like 70,140, or any multiple of 70 like 5600.
Then , all these correct options have to marked.

Now, coming to the question,.

Let the mass of compound be 100g and the no. of Nitrogen atoms be 'k' where k belongs to natural number.
M = Molecular mass of compound.
Then, by mole conservation
 \frac{100}{m}  =  \frac{20}{14k}  \\  =  > m \:  = 70k \:

where k is N.
M = 70k = 70,140,210, ...
Here, option available is 140g
70g is minimum molecular mass of compound.
But, it is not in option.
So, 140g is right answer.
